Nobul is a revolutionary app that simplifies the real estate process and is designed to empower the user to fully take charge of their real estate journey. With Nobul, a user is able to buy or sell their home, get agents to bid on their business, while educating the user each step of the way and creating a transparent environment for all parties involved. One of the primary goals was to focus on the usability and to create an exciting experience for a broad spectrum of users, from an experienced buyer/seller to a first time home buyer to a real estate agent.
The app includes a blockchain component and is designed to be an end to end product for all real estate needs. By conducting extensive user research, user testing and continuous iteration, the product is simple, intuitive, and designed with simplicity in mind. The app is built for expansion and is already disrupting the current real estate market model by giving the power back to the consumer.
